tions in Peru
Unless otherwise specified in itinerary-specific information, Birding Peru provides the following services:
a) Three meals per day. The nature of the meal is subject to the limitations of the locality. In addition to meals, a small morning and afternoon snack is provided daily.
b) Accommodations for each night of the trip, subject to the limitations of the locality. All hotels used are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. Where camping is necessary, Birding Peru will provide tents, although generally the client is responsible for a sleeping bag. Sleeping bags can be made available if Birding Peru receives notice at least one week prior to departure.
c) All ground transportation required, including pick-up and drop-off at airports. Airline flights, where included, are shown as a separate cost in the price quote.
c) At least one member of Birding Peru staff will be available during the entire trip; most trips have both a driver and a guide provided.
Waivers
Birding Peru is not responsible for the following:
a) Expenses associated with itinerary changes when the reason for the
change is beyond our control, including but not limited to unscheduled
flight changes and roads being impassible due to landslides or road
blocks.
b) Additional personal expenses such as drinks, additional food, and extra
hotel services.
c) Any injuries or sickness incurred during a trip.
Payment
Payment for trips will be made in two installments. Half of the total
price will be received at least 60 days before the start date of the tour.
The other half may be paid at any point prior to departure. If the client
prefers, the entire payment can be made at once, at least 60 days before
the start date of the tour.
